Product details

Spherical IN625 alloy powder
I. Characteristics
1 Excellent corrosion resistance: IN625 (Inconel 625) is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to corrosive media (such as acid, alkali, seawater) in oxidizing, reducing and neutral environments.
2 High temperature performance: It can still maintain high strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance in high temperature environments (below about 980°C).
3 Good mechanical properties: It has high strength (tensile strength of about 930 MPa) and good ductility.
4 Fatigue resistance: IN625 exhibits excellent fatigue resistance under cyclic loads.
5 Spherical particle morphology: Spherical IN625 powder has good fluidity and is suitable for additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy processes.
II. Application fields
1 Aerospace: Used to manufacture aircraft engine parts, gas turbine blades and rocket engine parts.
2 Energy industry: Used to manufacture nuclear reactor parts, gas turbine hot end parts and petrochemical equipment.
3 Marine engineering: used to manufacture seawater desalination equipment, offshore platform structures and ship parts.
4 Chemical industry: used to manufacture corrosion-resistant reactors, pipes and valves.
5 Additive manufacturing (3D printing): used to manufacture high-performance metal parts with complex structures, such as aerospace parts and industrial molds.
III. Preparation method
Gas Atomization
