Technical sources
The company's technology comes from the Powder Metallurgy Research Office of the Guangdong Institute of Materials and Processing, Guangdong Academy of Sciences. The research laboratory has been committed to the research and promotion of powder preparation and modification, as well as the application of powder metallurgy products. We have established the National Titanium and Rare Metal Powder Metallurgy Engineering Technology Research Center, Guangdong Metal Powder Material Engineering Technology Research Center, and Guangzhou Powder Materials and Precision Parts Manufacturing Engineering Technology Research Center. We have a leading high-end powder preparation and forming platform in China. The powder preparation equipment includes TEKNA RF plasma spheroidization equipment from Canada, plasma rotating electrode atomization equipment from Ukraine, vacuum atomization equipment, and wire plasma atomization equipment. The powder forming equipment mainly includes Quintus hot isostatic pressing equipment from Sweden, EOS3D printing equipment from Germany, and advanced injection molding systems.


Technical team
The company has 15 technical personnel relying on the team, including 10 doctors and 5 masters, mainly from well-known universities and research institutes at home and abroad, such as Tsinghua University, Central South University, South China University of Technology, Loughborough University in the UK, Hermann von Helmholtz Research Institute in Germany, and has long been committed to the preparation and engineering application and promotion of metal and compound powder materials.
Professor Liu Xin, a technical leader, graduated from South China University of Technology and has been engaged in research on metal powder preparation and near net forming for a long time, mainly involving mechanical alloying/atomization/plasma preparation of metal powders, metal magnetic powder cores, powder metallurgy of titanium and rare refractory metals, and applicability evaluation of metal powders for 3D printing. Led and participated in more than 10 national and provincial level projects, including the Technology Development Project of Research Institutes of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Project, the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Strong Foundation Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Civilian Supporting Project of the National Defense Science and Industry Bureau, the Core Technology Research of Strategic Emerging Industries in Guangdong Province, the Major Science and Technology Project of Guangdong Province, and the Applied Science and Technology Research and Development Project of Guangdong Province. Published 56 papers in well-known domestic and foreign journals such as Materials Science and Engineering: A, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, applied for 29 invention and utility model patents, authorized 10, formulated and revised 9 national and non-ferrous metal industry standards, and won 1 first prize of the China Nonferrous Metal Industry Science and Technology Award One first prize of the Excellent Technical Standards Award of the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee. Also serving as the Executive Deputy Director of the National Titanium and Rare Metal Powder Metallurgy Engineering Technology Research Center, Secretary General of the Guangdong Powder Metallurgy Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, Director of the Additive Manufacturing Branch of the Guangdong Society of Mechanical Engineering, Member of the Youth Work Committee of the Heat Treatment Branch of the China Society of Mechanical Engineering, and Director of the China Powder Metallurgy Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance Member of the Expert Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance and member of the Metals Group of the "Application Development Strategy Research" consulting project.
