Spherical SS304L powder
I. Characteristics
1 Excellent corrosion resistance: SS304L is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel with good corrosion resistance to a variety of corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, chlorides).
2 Good mechanical properties: It has high strength (tensile strength of about 480-620 MPa) and good ductility.
3 Low carbon content: Low carbon design (carbon content ≤ 0.03%) reduces carbide precipitation during welding and improves welding performance.
4 High temperature resistance: It can still maintain good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance under high temperature conditions (below about 800°C).
5 Spherical particle morphology: Spherical SS304L powder has good fluidity and is suitable for additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy processes.
