HOT ISOSTATIC PRESSING
1. First, the equipment overview
Hot isostatic pressing equipment was introduced from Quintus Technologies AB in Sweden, model QIH 15L, mainly used for powder metallurgy material densification, heterojunction, casting densification, metal injection molding and 3D printing parts post-processing.
2. Equipment characteristics and parameters
(1) Maximum working temperature: 2000°C
(2) Maximum working pressure: 200 MPa
(3) URC furnace cavity size: φ186 x 500 mm
(4) URQ furnace cavity size: φ175 x 300 mm
(5) The equipment is equipped with three sets of heating furnace bodies:
1) URC molybdenum furnace: maximum working temperature: 1400°C; Maximum working pressure: 200 MPa; Furnace chamber size: φ186 x 500 mm;
2) URQ molybdenum furnace: maximum working temperature: 1400°C; Maximum working pressure: 200 MPa; Furnace chamber size: φ175 x 300 mm;
3) URC graphite furnace: maximum working temperature: 2000°C; Maximum working pressure: 200 MPa; Furnace chamber size: φ186 x 500 mm;
(6) Rapid cooling function: cooling rate ~ 200 °C/min;
(7) Fast quenching function: cooling rate ~ 1200 °C/min;
