Spherical W-4Nb alloy powder
I. Characteristics
1 High melting point: The melting point of tungsten (W) is as high as 3410°C. W-4Nb alloy inherits the high melting point characteristics of tungsten and is suitable for extreme high temperature environments.
2 High density: The density of tungsten is 19.25 g/cm³. W-4Nb alloy also has high density characteristics and is suitable for high specific gravity applications.
3 Excellent high temperature resistance: W-4Nb alloy can still maintain good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures (below about 2000°C).
4 Good creep resistance: It exhibits excellent creep resistance under high temperature and high pressure environments.
5 Spherical particle morphology: Spherical W-4Nb alloy powder has good fluidity and is suitable for additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy processes.
II. Application fields
1 Aerospace: Used to manufacture rocket engine nozzles, high temperature structural parts and thermal protection materials.
2 Nuclear industry: Used to manufacture high temperature components, radiation shielding materials and plasma facing materials in nuclear reactors.
3 Electronic industry: used to manufacture heat-resistant parts in high-temperature electronic components and semiconductor equipment.
4 Military industry: used to manufacture armor-piercing bullets, high-temperature protective armor and other high-density materials.
5 Additive manufacturing (3D printing): used to manufacture high-temperature parts and heat-resistant molds with complex structures.
